Website privacy summary

What this website collects

The pages of this website do not ask for or store your name, contact details, health history, photos or payment information. It does not use advertising or tracking pixels, and website analytics are not turned on.

Request forms

Two optional forms are hosted by Jotform, a third-party form service. Links to them open the form on Jotform's site. What you enter there is sent to the Behl Orthodontics team through that service:

• Consultation Request: your name, email, mobile phone, preferred contact method, preferred office, best time to reach you, what you would like to improve, and your confirmation that you are 18 or older. We use it to contact you and arrange a consultation. A request is not an appointment until our team confirms it.
• Smile Photo Review: the same contact details, whether you have had braces or aligners before, what you would like to improve, and photos of your teeth and smile. An orthodontist uses them to help decide whether an in-person consultation makes sense. A photo review is not an examination or a diagnosis. Your photos are not used for marketing.

Online booking is not yet available on this website. Please do not include medical details in the Consultation Request form. We do not currently send text messages about these requests.

Campaign information on form links

When you open a form from this website, the link may carry campaign tags (such as the source of your visit and the page you came from) so we can tell which page led to a request. These tags never contain your contact details, health information or form answers.

Technical information

Like most websites, our hosting provider may process standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.
