$3,400— Initial Invisalign® Clear Aligner Treatment Package for Qualifying Cases
Eligibility is determined by an orthodontist following an in-person evaluation. Comprehensive orthodontic treatment and services outside the approved limited-treatment scope are not included.
Included
- Orthodontist evaluation and treatment planning
- Your initial approved Invisalign® clear aligner treatment
- Your initial set of aligners
- Remote progress monitoring directed by your orthodontist, under an approved clinical protocol
- One upper-and-lower retainer set, made after your orthodontist approves your final result
- One remake of that original retainer set if it doesn't fit properly
Not included
- Additional refinements (see refinement fee below)
- Replacement of lost retainers (see replacement fee below)
- Comprehensive orthodontic treatment
- Treatment outside your approved limited-treatment scope
- Services not expressly included in your final treatment agreement
Additional limited refinement
$499
If you'd like further correction after your initial aligners, and your orthodontist approves it, one additional limited refinement cycle is available for a fixed fee. It covers a reassessment, updated records when clinically needed, one revised plan, one additional aligner sequence, and monitoring during that sequence. Further refinements are not automatically included.
If additional treatment is needed because of a case-selection, treatment-planning or other error by the practice, your reassessment is at no charge and no fee applies to correcting that error.
Lost-retainer replacement — complete upper-and-lower set
$499
Retainers are always made as complete upper-and-lower sets. A replacement set for lost retainers is available for a fixed fee. A remake of your original set for poor fit is included, as above.
How payment works
- Payment options are reviewed with you after your orthodontic evaluation. We don't offer in-house financing.
- Payment is collected after your orthodontist approves your treatment and before your aligners are ordered.
- If your orthodontist recommends treatment beyond the limited-treatment scope, it is evaluated and priced separately before anything proceeds.
Eligibility, your treatment plan, and your package are confirmed after your free consultation and an orthodontist's evaluation. Individual results vary.
Retainers, payment and coverage
Retainers
One upper-and-lower retainer set is included. It is made only after your orthodontist approves your final result, not with your first aligners. If that original set doesn't fit properly, one remake is included. Retainers are always made as complete upper-and-lower sets.
Payment options
Payment options are reviewed with you after your orthodontic evaluation. We don't offer in-house financing.
Dental insurance
Some dental plans include orthodontic benefits for adults and many don't. Whether any part of your treatment is covered depends on your plan. Bring your insurance information to your consultation and we'll review your questions individually.
HSA and FSA funds
Health savings and flexible spending account rules are set by your plan and by tax law. Ask your plan administrator or tax adviser whether orthodontic treatment is an eligible expense for you.
