The seven steps

   Step 1: Schedule a free consultation

   Choose a convenient time for your free, in-person consultation.

   Step 2: Meet your orthodontist

   Meet the orthodontist who will evaluate your case and answer your questions.

3. 3

   Step 3: Complete the clinical evaluation and appropriate digital records

   Your orthodontist evaluates your teeth, bite, and goals in person, and the records needed to plan your care are taken.

   Step 4: Confirm eligibility and review your treatment plan

   Your orthodontist tells you whether you qualify for limited treatment, walks you through the plan, and reviews what your initial package includes and what is priced separately.

   Step 5: Approve treatment and payment

   When you're ready to proceed, you'll sign the treatment agreement and complete payment before your aligners are ordered.

   Step 6: Receive aligners and follow your monitoring plan

   You receive your aligners with written instructions and contacts for questions. Your orthodontist explains how and when your progress will be reviewed, and sees you in person whenever that's clinically needed. Any concern is escalated to your orthodontist under a documented process.

7. 7

   Step 7: Complete treatment and transition to retention

   Your orthodontist assesses whether your planned result has been reached and reviews it with you. If you and your orthodontist agree further correction is worthwhile, an additional refinement is available for a separate fee. Once your final result is approved, your included upper-and-lower retainer set is made and fitted.
